The Shroud of Turin

Barrie Schwortz was the Official Documenting Photographer for the Shroud of Turin Research Project, the team that performed the first ever in-depth scientific examination of the Shroud of Turin in October, 1978. Since then, his photographs have appeared in Life Magazine, National Geographic, Time, Newsweek and countless other books, publications and television documentaries.
